AROMAS & PALATE: Black licorice, violet flowers, caramel, plum, strawberry, blueberry. Bold, velvety taste, high in tannins. 

SERVING & PAIRING RECOMMENDATIONS: Temp: 60 - 68 F. Decant 40 + minutes. Great BBQ pairing, heartier foods with structure. "The Pondy" can be your go-to brisket blend.
