Big, bold, and beautifully aged—our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon isn’t here to mess around. Harvested in October 2020 and patiently cellared until bottling in June 2023, this wine is built for fireside nights, slow dinners, and people who appreciate a little depth in their glass.
Aged in French oak, this 100% estate-grown Cabernet delivers notes of black cherry, cedar, and warm baking spices. It’s medium to full-bodied, with polished tannins, balanced structure, and a long, smooth finish that makes every sip feel like a special occasion.
Enjoy at 60-65° degrees. Decant for 30-60+ minutes.
This Cab shines with grilled steaks, lamb chops, portobello mushrooms, or anything roasted and hearty. It’s equally at home with a cheeseboard by candlelight or weeknight pasta with a rich tomato sauce.
