Cancellation policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

  • Wine club releases will be charged prior and are non-refundable once they have been charged to your credit card.
  • Depending on membership level wines can only be selected prior to club release; no exchanges at time of in-person pick up
  • Minimum term is (3) wine club releases (1 year); early membership terminations are subject to a $50 early cancelation fee
  • Cancellations of membership must be submitted to club@lockevineyards.com (30) days prior to the next billing date. After (30) days notice the wine club release will be billed or member is subject to the $50 cancellation fee. All members are notified (40) days prior to release on minimum.
  • All Members must be 21 years of age or older. 
  • In order to utilize club member benefits at The Barn at Locke, members must be present. Member benefits only extend to members.
  • Members are responsible for notifying of any changes to billing and/or shipping no later than 2 weeks prior to the club release.

WILL CALL:

  • Members will be notified by email when the current release is available for pick up at The Barn
  • Members are responsible for notifying of any changes to billing and/or shipping no later than 2 weeks prior to the club release. 
  • Releases are to be picked up within (1) month of the release date
  • Will Call releases are not to exceed the following date annually: December 15th
  • Member who have accumulated orders upon the specified date annually within notification will have wines automatically shipped and will be responsible for all shipment fees for their bulk annual allocation (flat rate is not eligible; current market shipping price)
SHIPPING POLICIES:
  • Wine Club release must be signed for by someone 21+ years of age or old. Ship to the best day time address to ensure signature upon delivery
  • Members are responsible for notifying of any changes to billing and/or address (out of state more than (30) days) no later than 2 weeks prior to the club release. Additional delivery and processing fees will be incurred for any shipments. 
  • Members will be billed prior to the shipping date
  • UPS tracking notifications will be emailed upon shipping
  • Additional delivery and/or address change fees will be incurred for after the billing date
  • Re-ships of failed deliveries will incur additional shipping charges at current market shipping price (re-ships are not eligible for flat rate members shipping price)
