Wine Club FAQ
We have (3) club membership levels. 4, 6, 12 bottles. Members commit to receiving on minimum between a 12, 18, or 24 bottles annually depending on club level. (Winter, Spring, Fall)

Annually every Winter, Spring, Fall. The exact dates are posted annually below and on our blog. Dates are emailed to wine club (30) and (40) days prior.
Minimum term is three wine club release (1 year); early membership terminations are subject to a $50 early cancelation fee
Cancellations of membership must be submitted to club@lockevineyards.com (30) days prior to the next billing date. After (30) days notice the wine club release will be billed or member is subject to the $50 cancellation fee. All members are notified 40 days prior to shipment on minimum.

Terms & Conditions of Wine Club Membership
Wine club releases will be charged prior to release and are non-refundable once charged to the credit card on file.
Depending on membership level, wines may only be customized prior to club billing. No exchanges will be permitted at time of in-person pick up.
Minimum term is three (3) wine club releases (one year). Early membership terminations are subject to a $50 early cancellation fee.
Cancellations of membership must be submitted in writing to club@lockevineyards.com at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date. If cancellation notice is received less than thirty (30) days prior to billing, the upcoming release will be processed as scheduled or the member will be subject to the $50 early cancellation fee. All members are notified approximately forty (40) days prior to release.
Outstanding Wine Requirement for Cancellation
To complete a cancellation request, all previously billed wine club releases must be either picked up at The Barn or shipped to the member (shipping charges apply). Cancellation requests cannot be finalized while wines remain unclaimed.
All members must be 21 years of age or older.
In order to utilize club member benefits at The Barn at Locke, members must be present. Member benefits extend only to active members.
Members are responsible for notifying Locke Vineyards of any changes to billing and/or shipping information no later than two (2) weeks prior to the club release.
WILL CALL POLICIES
Members will be notified by email when the current release is available for pick up at The Barn.
Releases are to be picked up within one (1) month of the release date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Will Call releases are not to exceed December 15th annually. Members who have accumulated unclaimed orders as of December 15th will have wines automatically shipped and will be responsible for all shipping fees for their bulk annual allocation. Flat rate shipping does not apply to bulk or automatic shipments; current market shipping rates will apply.
Unclaimed Wine Policy
Wine club releases not picked up or shipped within twelve (12) months of billing date will be considered abandoned inventory. Locke Vineyards will make reasonable attempts to contact the member using the information on file prior to any action.
If no response is received within twelve (12) months, wines may be returned to inventory and subject to a restocking and administrative fee. Members are responsible for keeping contact information current.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Wine club releases must be signed for by someone 21+ years of age. Members are encouraged to ship to a daytime business address when possible to ensure successful delivery.
Members are responsible for notifying Locke Vineyards of any changes to billing or shipping address (including out-of-state relocation exceeding thirty (30) days) no later than two (2) weeks prior to club release. Additional delivery and processing fees will be incurred for incorrect or outdated addresses.
Members will be billed prior to shipping date.
UPS tracking notifications will be emailed upon shipment.
Additional delivery and/or address change fees incurred after billing date will be the responsibility of the member.
Re-ships of failed deliveries will incur additional shipping charges at current market shipping rates. Re-ships are not eligible for flat rate member shipping pricing.
