Crafted from a 50/50 field blend of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, it’s whole cluster pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel to keep things crisp and clean. Expect juicy notes of strawberry, watermelon, and tart cherry, all wrapped up in a light body with medium acidity. Bright, dry, and totally crushable.
Chill to 50-60°F, enjoy! No decant.
Pair it with fresh tomato salads, charcuterie, grilled chicken skewers, or just a sunny spot and good company. It’s also a sleeper hit with spicy takeout, fish tacos, or anything with a little heat and a lot of flavor.
