Join us at The Barn for our Elevated Flight: Wine + Cheese , a guided 60-minute pairing experience featuring a curated selection of Locke Vineyards wines alongside artisanal cheeses chosen to complement each pour.

Throughout the flight, we’ll explore how acidity, texture, richness, fruit, and age interact—discovering why a bright white can bring balance to a creamy cheese, while a structured red can beautifully complement aged, savory, and nutty flavors.

More than simply tasting wine and cheese side by side, each pairing is designed to show how the two can elevate one another while giving you inspiration for your own holiday entertaining, grazing boards, and celebrations.
